Just when I start to forget about my man crush on Bas Rutten, he goes and does something like this to make me feel weak in the knees all over again. This is a take on Bas Ruttens How To Street Fight video and is equally as hilarious. Huge props to Tokyo Five for this, probably going to be the best marketing dollars they ever spent. Or, atleast the most entertaining.

Here is the EA Sports MMA Video Game commercial they played on the Strikeforce Fedor Emelianenko vs Brett Rogers last night on CBS. The action in the game is surprisingly similar to what happened in the actual fight. Well, maybe not super similar, but I though it was kind of funny.

The JACO squad of Ron, Gabe, Billy, and myself went up to the Black House gym in LA to speak with Lyoto Machida and Ed Soares about Lyoto’s upcoming fight with Shogun Rua at UFC 104. After a quick photo-shoot and light training session, I grabbed Lyoto for a few minutes to get his thoughts.
